Technically what we see are the loading dyes here but we use these dyes to help us estimate approximately where the DNA is on the gel as it runs so we know how long to let it run. We use DNA dyes that can be visualized with a UV light to actually see the DNA after running! #STEMTok #LearnOnTikTok #coolvideo #biology #satisfyingvideo
